Max Ashton, MBA, serves as the Director of Customer Services for EMEA & APAC at Verifone since August 2023, also overseeing APAC Call Centre Operations. Prior to this, Max was the Head of Service at Samsung Electronics Southeast Asia & Oceania, managing service strategy for New Zealand and the Pacific Islands. Max's extensive experience spans various leadership roles at Ricoh New Zealand, Groupon, Vodafone New Zealand, and ihug, focusing on customer experience, operations management, and vendor relations. Max holds multiple degrees, including an MBA from the Australian Institute of Business and a Global Leadership Course completion from London Business School, along with certifications in COPC Implementation and Six Sigma Green Belt.
