Meshell Mortensen

MeShell Mortensen, CIT, is an experienced instructional designer with a demonstrated history of developing web-based, instructor-led, and virtual training content at Verifone and Caterpillar Inc. Recent roles include creating technical training using Articulate tools and managing learning design projects at Intuit Inc. MeShell also owned Gestalt Performance Solutions, providing custom training solutions to small businesses. With a background spanning over two decades in instructional design, learning facilitation, and technical support, MeShell has effectively identified learning needs and developed innovative delivery methods. Education includes certification as an Instructional Technologist from Mager Consortium.
