Michelle Dillon serves as the Vice President and Head of Legal for APAC at Verifone since May 2013, where responsibilities encompass providing legal and commercial advice across all business functions and managing complex technology contract negotiations related to payment services. Previously, Michelle contributed as a Legal Consultant for technology projects with Qantas, Nokia, and Enosys in early 2013, and as Senior Legal Counsel at IBM from 2006 to 2012, supporting legal aspects of major technology deals. Earlier roles included Legal Counsel at Classic Blue Solutions and positions as a lawyer in corporate and commercial law at Blake Dawson, DLA Piper, and Robertsons. Michelle holds an LLB(Hons) in Business Law from Coventry University and Guilford Law School, has been admitted to practice as a Solicitor in multiple jurisdictions, including NSW, QLD, Tasmania, England, Wales, and Hong Kong.
