Russell Smith

Russell Smith is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in system engineering and administration, currently serving as a Senior System Engineer at Verifone since December 2017. At Verifone, Russell is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting highly available payment processing infrastructure, along with performing PCI remediations in accordance with PCI DSS standards. Prior to this role, Russell held multiple senior system administrator positions at AT&T from June 2010 to December 2017, where responsibilities included providing tier 3 support for Openstack cloud infrastructure, managing VMware vSphere components, and ensuring compliance through routine audits.
