Sofia Vellas

Sofia Vellas is a seasoned Key Account Manager with extensive experience in both public and private sectors, currently employed at Verifone since May 2021. In this role, Sofia oversees budget responsibilities, establishes account plans, and develops business relationships while managing payment solutions through cross-selling and upselling. Prior to Verifone, Sofia worked at GlobalConnect Sverige and DGC, where responsibilities included sales of communication solutions, budget management, and negotiations, primarily within the public sector. With a career spanning over two decades, Sofia also held positions in administrative roles, sales coordination, and served on the board of a non-profit organization. Sofia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Contemporary History from Södertörn University.
