Meredith Carpenter

Meredith Carpenter is an experienced professional in organizational readiness and learning and development, currently serving as the Organizational Readiness Manager in Product Operations at Veriforce since May 2023. Previously, Carpenter held various roles at Veriforce, including Strategic Change Manager and Operations Learning & Development Manager. From April 2021 to April 2023, Carpenter was a Technical Trainer and Instructional Designer at Snap One, facilitating technical training with a high net promoter score. Prior teaching roles include serving as a Spanish teacher and World Languages Department Chairperson at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools from August 2012 to June 2021, and at Fairfax County Public Schools from January 2010 to June 2012. Carpenter holds a Master of Education in Bilingual Special Education from The George Washington University and a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Language and Literature from Meredith College.
