Jon Cardoza has extensive experience in program management and recruitment, currently serving as a Program Management/Leader for Integrated Program Teams at Verify since November 2012. In this role, Jon supports customer supply chain needs and is adept in all stages of program management, including requirements definition and stakeholder communication. Previously, Jon held positions as Lead Recruitment Specialist and Recruitment Specialist at Verify, focusing on resource needs and recruitment best practices. Before joining Verify, Jon served in the US Navy for over a decade, attaining the rank of Petty Officer 2nd Class and accumulating substantial supervisory experience while also functioning as the Assistant Command Career Counselor. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science in Statistical Analysis, Communications, and Social Psychology from ITT Technical Institute and is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2015.
