Clark Abrahams

Clark Abrahams, NACD.DC, is the CEO of Banking on Decisions and has over fifty years of experience in banking, information technology, and energy sectors. They have worked in sales, marketing, R&D, programming, and finance, serving as a Board reporting CRO and strengthening risk management and model validation functions at troubled banks. An accomplished author and consultant, Clark testified before Congress on credit decision-making and co-authored an NACD publication on Board decision-making. They are passionate about inclusion and currently leverage technology for improved decision-making through their research efforts at Banking on Decisions. Clark holds a B.A. in Mathematics and Computer Science from UC Berkeley and an M.S. in Operations Research from Stanford University.
