Starting in January 1993, Mark has been working as a professional speaker, specializing in negotiations, social media, sales, and technology law. Some of their notable talks include "YOU Can be the Best Negotiator in the Room: Every Great Leader is a Great Negotiator," "Increase Sales; Become a Great Negotiator," and "Negotiating Cloud Deals like a Pro."
From January 2005 onwards, they established and managed their own boutique Technology Law firm called GrossmanStickles, focusing on complex agreements involving large enterprise technology, online commerce, cloud computing, and dispute resolution. Mark acted as the principal and lead negotiator for contracts valued up to $250,000,000.
Mark was also a co-founder and president of Boldstreak, a talent management company for social media influencers, from January 2018 to June 2020. The company successfully sold to a larger competitor.
Additionally, they worked at Becker & Poliakoff from August 1997 to January 2005, where they founded and chaired the Technology Law Department. Mark generated the largest non-litigation fee in the firm's history and became an equity partner within three years.
