Robert Fairlie

Robert Fairlie has extensive work experience in the semiconductor industry. Robert started their career as an IC Design Engineer at Walmsley Microelectronics from 1984 to 1987. Robert then worked as a Design Engineer at Wolfson Microelectronics from 1987 to 1990. At Motorola Semiconductor, they worked as a Design Engineer from 1990 to 1994, providing expertise in ASIC analogue design to increase the UK's business in the standard cell market. From 1994 to 2000 at Motorola Semiconductor, they designed a wide variety of analogue and digital modules, including a significant contribution to Motorola's bestselling ColdFire-2 product. Since 2000, they have been a Senior Consultant at Verilab.

Robert Fairlie attended Highgate School from 1970 to 1979. After completing their high school education, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of Edinburgh, graduating in 1984.
