Jan Nimtz

Jan Nimtz currently serves as the Head of Investment Management for News Media Germany at Axel Springer SE, a position held since February 2016. In addition, Jan holds roles as a Strategic Advisor and member of the advisory board at FRAMEN and as a supervisory board member at Verimi since July 2020. Jan is also the Managing Director of Axel Springer Media for Equity GmbH until August 2024. Previous experience includes serving as an Investment Manager at a Single Family Office from February 2013 to January 2016, and a Prokurist in Corporate Finance at M.M.Warburg & CO from August 2007 to January 2013. Jan's earlier career included positions at PwC, Hugo Boss, and KPMG. Jan holds a Diplom-Kaufmann in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from the University of Hamburg and has studied at the Helsinki School of Economics.
