Alex Jerrold

Alex Jerrold has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Alex started their career at Best Buy, where they held various positions, including assisting with the national rollout of Geek Squad. Alex then worked as a Network Manager at GSCCCA, where they were responsible for the development and management of a 160+ site network. After that, they served as the VP of Operations at Adcap Network Systems, overseeing the post-sales process, project management, and profitability.

In 2012, Alex joined Nexus - A Dimension Data Company as a Solutions Architect, designing complex solutions for businesses of various sizes. Alex then moved on to Dimension Data as a Client Manager, ensuring client satisfaction and introducing the right product sets to create compelling solutions.

In 2017, Alex took on the role of Managing Director of Engineering at Seshaat, Inc., and later joined Verinext as a Client Principal and Secure Cloud Connectivity Specialist. In this role, they collaborated with clients to find solutions to their interoperation problems, focusing on infrastructure, cybersecurity, routing and switching, WAN/SDWAN, and cloud connectivity. Alex worked with various clients, including Henry County Schools, Panasonic, and Children's Healthcare of Atlanta.

Alex Jerrold earned a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Virginia Tech in 2001. In 2002, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Virginia Tech as well. Alex has also obtained various certifications such as CCDP, CCNP, CCNP Voice, CCDE, CCIE-S, CCNP-S, ITIL v3 Foundations, and VCP from institutions like Cisco, ITIL Certified, and VMware.
