Michael Perdue

Michael Perdue is the Executive Chairman of Verinext and Pythian, as well as an Executive Partner at Mill Point Capital, a $2.8 billion private equity firm. With over 25 years of experience in business management, operations, and consulting, Michael has successfully led technology services organizations across various sectors, including commercial, government, and non-profit markets. Previously, they served as the Chief Operating Officer for the Council of Better Business Bureaus and held leadership roles at The Signature Group and Citicorp Global Information Network. Michael's education includes studies in electrical engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology, completion of the Special Executive Program at MIT Sloan School, and certification through the Harvard Law Program on Negotiation.
