Aaron Rafus

Aaron Rafus is a results-driven change leader with over 20 years of experience in Information Technology, Product Management, Process Improvement, and Consulting. Currently serving as the Director of Operations Data Strategy at Verint since 2022, Aaron previously held various roles, including Collaboration Program Manager at McKesson, where they developed and managed the adoption of Microsoft’s collaboration suite. As an owner of SharePoint RockStar LLC from 2011 to 2013, Aaron focused on education, adoption, and governance to enhance SharePoint investments for companies. They also have a background in eBusiness Operations and knowledge management from positions at DS Waters and Verint. Aaron holds an Associate's degree in Computer Processing from the Naval Training Center in Orlando.
