Alan Roden serves as Senior Vice President, Corporate Development and Investor Relations, a position he has held since 2002. In this role, he leads our corporate development strategy to extend Verint’s market leadership and pursue strategic acquisitions. He also is responsible for leading the company’s investor communications program.
