Ali Rizvi is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in leading product strategy and execution, particularly in AI/ML-driven customer experience applications. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Product Management at Verint since August 2022, Rizvi oversees customer journey solutions and interaction data technologies. In addition to this role, Rizvi contributes to the Rutgers Center for Innovation as an Advisory Board Member, helping shape educational policies.
