Andrew Miller

Andrew Miller has served as a director on the Verint Board of Directors since December 2019. Mr. Miller recently retired from his position as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of PTC Inc., a global subscription software and cloud leader in the CAD, Product Lifecycle Management, and Industrial Internet of Things Software markets. Earlier in his career, Mr. Miller held senior executive positions at a number of other software and technology companies, including Cepheid Inc., Autodesk, Inc., MarketFirst Software, Inc. and Cadence Design Systems, Inc.
