Andy Harper has extensive experience in customer support and systems engineering, currently serving as a Senior Customer Support Analyst at Verint Systems, Inc. since January 1996. Prior to this role, Andy worked as a Systems Engineer at Eyretel/Witness from January 1996 to May 2006, where responsibilities included installing and implementing recording system hardware and software. Andy also held the position of Systems Engineer at Eyretel from 1996 to 2002 and served as a Service Manager at Office Automation from January 1982 to January 1996, overseeing service operations for office equipment sales and service. Andy pursued education in Photography at Columbia College Chicago between 1978 and 1979 and attended Northwestern Military and Naval Academy from 1974 to 1977.
