Anne Arcand has extensive experience in the telecommunications and technology sector, currently serving as the Manager - Global OEM Technical Manager at Verint Systems since September 2015. Prior to this role, Anne has been with Verint as an OEM Technical Enablement Engineer since November 2009. Earlier experience includes working as an Integration Consultant at Avaya from July 1999 to October 2009 and as a Field Technician at Switchview from 1993 to 1999. Anne holds a diploma in Telecommunication Management from Ryerson University, completed between 1986 and 1989, and an earlier educational background at Fanshawe College from 1982 to 1984.
