Brad Patch

Brad Patch has extensive experience in cloud operations and technical services management, currently serving as the Global PMO lead for Cloud Operations at Verint since December 2009. Previously, Brad established the Social Media Services Manager role at Overtone, focused on an enterprise-level cloud-based solution for social media metrics. Other notable positions include Senior Manager roles at Contivo, DemandTec, and Hitachi America, where responsibilities spanned pre-sales support, client services, and integration management. Brad's career began at McKesson Corporation as an EDI Coordinator, developing business processes in the pharmaceutical distribution sector. Additionally, Brad has worked as an Independent Consultant, providing marketing and technology services to small businesses and not-for-profit organizations.
