Daniel Ziv is an experienced professional in the fields of experience management and analytics, currently serving as Vice President at Verint since August 2002, with a focus on GTM strategy and various aspects of analytics and product strategy. Ziv has held multiple vice president positions related to speech and text analytics, customer analytics, and voice of the customer analytics, along with roles in product and business analytics. Prior to Verint, Ziv was Vice President of Marketing at mPrest Technologies and a Senior Partner at Ziv Consulting and Training. Earlier experience includes a role as Project Manager and Electrical Engineer at IDF. Ziv holds an MBA in Marketing from Tel Aviv University and a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
