Daniel Daniel is a Technical Architect with extensive experience in developing comprehensive customer relationship management (CRM) solutions. Currently at Verint since May 2015, Daniel focuses on the Agent Desktop application, overseeing features like customer management, payment processing, and multi-channel interactions. Prior experience includes a role at KANA Software starting in April 2010, where Daniel contributed to the Queensland Police Service CRM system and worked on the Evolve Project for Australian Unity. Earlier roles include a Java Developer position at Plasmedia in 2010, a Business Solutions Consultant at Graham Technology from 2007 to 2010, and a .NET Developer & Site Manager at Jati Piranti Solusindo from 2005 to 2007.
