Ed Keith

Ed Keith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in solution delivery and project management within the technology sector. Currently serving as a Solutions Delivery Architect at Verint since 2008, Ed leads the design and implementation of large-scale enterprise software solutions, providing technical leadership and support while managing resources to ensure project success. Prior to Verint, Ed held the position of Vice President Worldwide Services and Support at Ciena, where oversight of global services and support was key. With a solid foundation in professional services and development from Elastic Networks and a comprehensive technical background gained through various roles at Nortel Networks, Ed has consistently demonstrated expertise in driving projects to completion while meeting stringent timelines and budgets. Ed holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Troy University.
