Glenn Smith

Glenn Smith is an accomplished professional with over 17 years of experience in the information technology, software, contact center, outsourcing, and services industries. Currently serving as the Director of Sales Acceleration (APAC) at Verint since June 2018, Glenn collaborates with cross-functional global stakeholders to design and implement enablement tools for Sales and Pre-Sales teams. Previous roles include Service Design Lead at Serco, where responsibilities involved directing contact center solution offerings, and Manager of Customer Technologies at Call Design, overseeing a cloud-based product offering. Glenn's expertise also encompasses roles as Professional Services Manager and Senior WFO Specialist, with a solid background in technical services management dating back to early career roles at QPC and UCMS. Glenn holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Swinburne University of Technology.
