Iain Barrett is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in solutions architecture and technical leadership. Currently serving as Director of Solutions Architecture APAC at Verint since January 2014, Iain has previously held senior roles, including Principal Architect at KANA Software and Sword Ciboodle. Earlier in their career, Iain worked as a Technical Architect at Graham Technology. Iain holds a Master of Engineering in Electronics and Software Engineering from the University of Glasgow, obtained between 1998 and 2003.
