Imran Multani has over 17 years of experience in the technical services field, currently serving as a Manager - Technical Services at Verint since February 2011, with prior roles including Service Delivery Architect, Technical Consultant, and Technical Engineer at the same company. Previously, Imran worked as a Network Specialist at Scicom (MSC) Bhd and held positions as a Network Engineer and Desktop Engineer at Accenture.
