Jeff Helms has extensive experience in the technology sector, specializing in global support and OEM partnerships. Since April 2000, Jeff has worked at Verint, initially as OEM Global Support and now as OEM Global PSE, providing support to all Global OEM partners. Prior to his tenure at Verint, Jeff served in IT at Brighten Academy from 2007 to 2014, overseeing all IT-related aspects of the school.
