John Agnew

John Agnew is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in systems administration and programming. Currently serving as a Process Manager at Verint-Systems since January 2001, John has expertise in configuring and managing multiple environments and technologies, including vSphere vCenter Server. Prior to this role, John worked as a Unix Systems Administrator and Support Analyst at Unibol, managing a variety of Unix-based systems and providing support for customers on Unix and Windows. Earlier experience includes programming in C as a Unix systems programmer at Software Ireland and developing smart cards in C during a placement at Siemens Nixdorf AG. John holds a degree in Information Technology, Computing, and Communication Technology from Queens University Belfast, earned between 1986 and 1991.
