Michael D. Sims

Michael D. Sims has extensive experience in international tax management, currently serving as the Sr. Director of International Tax at Verint Systems Inc. since April 2008, where responsibilities include evaluating tax planning initiatives, reviewing international tax reporting for the IRS, and coordinating tax-related activities for foreign acquisitions. Prior to this role, Michael D. Sims held significant positions at Pfizer as Director of International Tax Reporting and Analysis, overseeing international reporting and audit defense for tax credits. Michael D. Sims also contributed to the community as Chairman of the Trustee Ministry at New Light Baptist Church from 2000 to 2016, managing financial affairs and assets of the church. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Taxation from Seton Hall University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - Accounting from Montclair State University.
