Nikola Solev is an experienced software development professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Software Development Team Lead at Verint since February 2019, Nikola has previously held leadership roles at MTS Macedonia, where responsibilities included overseeing software teams focused on call recording and quality management solutions. Prior positions include Senior Developer creating cloud-based applications for contact centers, Software Expert roles at one.Vip and ONE - Telecommunications Services SC Skopje, where Nikola contributed to domain registration solutions and various system integrations, and earlier experience as a Web Developer and Course Designer. Nikola holds a degree from Univerzitet 'Sv. Kiril i Metódij' vo Skopje and completed secondary education at Gimnazija "Koco Racin" Veles.
