Oded Sagi

Oded Sagi is a seasoned telephony professional with extensive experience in IT and VOIP operations, currently employed at Verint since June 2018. Prior to this role, Oded held various positions at Intel Corporation from November 1999 to April 2018, including IT Specialist and VOIP Operation Engineer, where responsibilities included supervision of Cisco Unified Communication Manager, leading global service operations, and executing full automation in manufacturing cleanrooms. With a solid educational background consisting of an Associate’s Degree in Computer Software Engineering from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from The College of Management Academic Studies, Oded also holds multiple certifications from Cisco Networking Academy in Voice and Operations and Network Administration.
