Patrick Fox

Patrick Fox is a skilled Customer Success Manager with extensive experience in the EMEA region. Currently with Verint since September 2025, Patrick previously held the position of Enterprise Customer Success Manager for Strategic Accounts at Interact Software from February 2022 to September 2025. At Interact, a recognized leader in Employee Communications and Engagement tools, Patrick supported prominent clients like Levi’s and Sony PlayStation. Prior to that, Patrick was an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Anomali from December 2020 to February 2022, focusing on cybersecurity solutions for a diverse range of global organizations. Other roles include various tech projects in sourcing, sales, and business development across EMEA and the USA, as well as experience at HCL Technologies in account management. Patrick holds a degree from Liverpool Hope University and attended St Patricks Grammar School in Armagh.
