Ryan Lucas

Ryan Lucas has over 20 years of experience in operations management, currently serving as the Director of Operations at Verint-Systems since February 2015, after holding the position of Senior Manager, Operations. Prior to Verint-Systems, Ryan worked at Contact Solutions from January 2007 to February 2015, where roles included Operations Manager, Operations Supervisor, and Operations Analyst II. Previous experience includes positions at Convergys as Operations Support Analyst and NOC Technician, as well as NOC Technician II at Digex. Ryan Lucas holds a degree from Strayer University.
