Sandra Cortez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and sales within the telecommunications and contact center sectors. Currently serving as Southern Europe Regional Manager at Verint Systems since January 2006, Sandra has a proven track record of establishing strategic alliances and executing business plans across Spain, Italy, and Portugal. Previously, as the Country Manager for Iberia at Netcentrex, Sandra achieved 106% of sales quotas, while earlier roles at Nortel Networks included Sales Development Manager and Senior Sales Manager, where achievements included surpassing sales targets in both the GPS and Wireless divisions. Sandra holds an MBA in International Finance and Quality Management from the University of Miami Herbert Business School and an Engineering degree in Information Systems from Universidad Tecnológica del Centro.
