Shay Razon

Shay Razon is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in leadership roles, currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer for APAC at Verint Systems since February 2006. Razon oversees operations across 18 countries, collaborating with the APAC president on go-to-market strategies and business management, while also holding board positions for several Verint affiliates in the region. Previous experience includes roles such as General Manager of the Hong Kong Office, Technical Support Manager for APAC Video Products, and Managing Activity for APAC Video Products, where responsibilities encompassed service management, customer relations, and strategic sales. Razon has contributed to the board of Carmel School in Hong Kong and served as a board member at MDA Friends of HK. Earlier career highlights include serving as CFO at Gold Star Line LTD and as a Senior Auditor at PwC. Razon holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from Bar-Ilan University and additional qualifications in corporate governance and economics from the University of Haifa.
