Shimi Gil has extensive experience in project management and quality assurance within the technology sector. Since January 2005, Shimi has been serving as a Project Manager in the Global Support organization at Verint, where responsibilities include building timelines and improving working processes between the global R&D and local support organizations. Prior to this role, Shimi led a group of 25 testing engineers at Verint, focusing on the testing of call center recording products over TDM and VoIP systems.
