Stephen Folkes

Stephen Folkes is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in leading design teams and creating innovative products. Currently serving as Design Lead at Verint since November 2021, Folkes previously held the same position at Conversocial from April 2020 to November 2021. At Matter Technology, Folkes excelled as Managing Director & Head of Product Design from August 2013 to April 2020, where the firm focused on delivering custom software and SaaS solutions to clients like PwC and Johnson & Johnson. Folkes also contributed significantly to the industry as Global Creative Director at Syncapse from September 2010 to August 2013 and as Co-Founder and Creative Director at Nudge Social Media, the UK's first full-service social media agency. Folkes' professional journey began with co-founding Dynamite Partners and later served as Senior Designer at both Liquorice Ltd and Emarketeers. Folkes holds a BSc (Hons) in Visualisation from Teesside University, completed in 2000.
