Sunil Aryan

Sunil Aryan currently serves as the Director Practice for Backoffice & Branch in the APAC region at Verint, a position held since April 2015. Prior to this, Sunil was the Head of the WFO Practice for Southeast Asia at Verint-Systems from February 2009 to March 2014, where responsibilities included managing WFO sales numbers and focusing on Backoffice and retail banking. Sunil's earlier roles at Verint-Systems encompassed WFM Customer Solution Manager for Asia and WFM Business Manager for Southeast Asia and other regions. Sunil's career began at Datacraft in 2004 as a Lead Consultant for WFM. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunications from the University of Mumbai and participation in the Senior Leadership Programme at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
