Tarun Ahuja is a Technical Design Architect at Verint with over 23 years of experience in Information Technology, particularly in the Contact Centre industry. They have played significant roles in planning, designing, implementing, and integrating various telecom equipment and software within data and voice networks, both on Cloud and on-Premises. Tarun collaborates closely with pre-sales and sales teams to create technical solutions and documentation, ensuring alignment with client needs. They also hold an AWS Cloud Practitioner certification and have led multiple projects as a Senior Project Lead at Verint for over nine years. Tarun earned an MSc in Management from Leeds Beckett University.
