Tom Jones

Tom Jones is an experienced sales professional with a strong background in inside sales and business development across diverse markets. Currently serving as Inside Sales Manager for Verint since September 2016, Tom has also held the role of Business Development Manager for the UK&I and South Africa. Prior experience includes working as a Telesales Agent at Uclaim4me, where responsibilities included proactive customer engagement, objection handling, and achieving sales targets within a contact center environment. Earlier in career, Tom worked as a Schools Judo Coach at Judo Education, providing structured coaching to youth in various community settings. Tom holds an NVQ Level 3 in Outdoor Education from Colegsirgar, earned between 2002 and 2004.
