Tri Nguyen has over 20 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on quality monitoring and database administration. Currently serving as Team Leader and Principal Software Engineer at Verint since December 2009, Tri has contributed to the Quality Monitoring 7.x product and its migration project. Prior experience includes roles as Sr. Software Engineer at CSC Vietnam, where Tri led the DBA team for the Verint account, and as a DBA at Witness Systems, providing technical support for the Quality Monitoring product. Tri also led a software team at AA Corporation to develop an ERP system, emphasizing distributed database systems.
