Veronica Ewald

Veronica Ewald is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in technology and project management. Since April 2010, Ewald has served as the Director of Professional Services and Support for the Caribbean and Latin America at Verint-Systems, after previously holding the position of Project Manager. Prior to this role, Ewald spent nearly a decade at Nortel as a Project Manager, specifically focusing on marketing projects for the Telefonica account and managing software development for CDMA networks. Earlier career experiences include positions as a Software Engineer at CITS and Siemens, where responsibilities included project management and software development. Ewald holds a degree in Electronic and Telecommunications Engineering from the Federal University of Technology - Parana, obtained between 1991 and 1997.
