Necip Başer

Necip Başer is a seasoned software developer with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Senior Software Developer at VeriPark since May 2023, Necip has previously held the position of Yazılım Uzmanı at Rksoft Softwares from October 2016 to December 2021 and at the Ulaştırma ve Altyapı Bakanlığı from August 2009 to September 2016.
