Ryan McLean

Ryan McLean is a Senior Policy Contractor with 23 years of experience in leadership and policy direction across environmental, economic, social, and cultural sectors. They have expertise in establishing government funds, legislative design, and developing public sector institutions, as well as stakeholder engagement with diverse groups including iwi/Māori and government officials. Currently, they serve as the Director of Community Connections and are involved with various organizations, including Workbridge Holdings Ltd and Botanical Homeware, focusing on supporting disabled individuals and enhancing business opportunities. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Canterbury and a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Health from the University of Otago.
