John Fuisz has a diverse and extensive work experience. John is currently the CEO and Founder of Veriphix, a behavioral dynamics platform that utilizes a privacy-by-design methodology to measure subconscious motivators. Prior to Veriphix, they were a Partner at Vinson & Elkins from 2016 to 2018. Before that, they worked as a Partner at Fuisz Law, Fuisz Kundu Group, and Fuisz Chen LLP from 2010 to 2016. John also served as a Partner at McDermott Will & Emery LLP from 1999 to 2009. John started their legal career as an Associate at Dickstein Shapiro LLP from 1996 to 1999. Additionally, they served as a Board Member at Fuisz Technologies, Ltd. from 1992 to 1999. John began their legal career as an Associate at Nikaido, Marmelstein, Murray & Oram in 1992. John is also a Member of the Information Professionals Association since 2023.
John Fuisz attended Moravian Academy from 1981 to 1985. From 1985 to 1989, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Physics at Georgetown University. Following this, from 1991 to 1992, John obtained their Juris Doctor (JD) degree from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law. Finally, they attended The George Washington University Law School from 1994 to 1996, where they earned a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Intellectual Property with Highest Honors.
