Aaron Lee

Aaron Lee has extensive experience in technical support and sales consultancy within the domain name and SSL certificate industry. Since August 2013, Aaron has held multiple roles at Verisign, progressing to Technical Support Representative IV, providing expertise in naming registry support and offering assistance in Mandarin and Malay. Previously, Aaron worked at Web IP as a Sales and Support Consultant, managing domain name purchases and renewals, liaising with clients, and leading DNS migration projects. Aaron holds a Master of Information Technology with a focus on Database and Networking, as well as a Bachelor of Computer Science from Monash University.
