Aisha R.

Aisha R. is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and securities law. Currently serving as Director-Senior Corporate Counsel at VERISIGN since January 2022, Aisha previously held the position of Chapter President for the Society for Corporate Governance in Kansas City until November 2023. Aisha's prior roles include General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at CrossFirst Bank, where responsibilities included managing legal affairs for a publicly traded bank holding company, and Vice President at DST Systems, providing legal advice on securities and corporate governance matters. Aisha also served as Division General Counsel at Compass Minerals and held positions in the legal department of Sprint and as an attorney at Stinson Leonard Street LLP. Aisha obtained a J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Whittier College.
