Eric Osterweil is a Distinguished Scientist with a robust background in software architecture and research. They served as a Principal Scientist at VERISIGN from 2010 to 2018, leading R&D projects focused on cybersecurity and internet infrastructure. Previously, Eric was a Graduate Research Assistant at UCLA, where they contributed to various innovative projects related to DNSSEC and NAT tunneling. They hold a Ph.D. in Computer Science from UCLA and a B.A. in Computer Science and Physics from The Johns Hopkins University. Currently, Eric is an Assistant Professor at George Mason University.
