Shawn Thomas

Shawn Thomas has a strong work experience in the telecommunications industry. Shawn started their career at Verizon in 1987 and worked as a manager for 13 years. In 2000, they joined BBO as a manager and then moved to Zephion Networks as a manager for customer installation in 2002. Later that year, they joined Masergy Communications as a manager until 2004. From 2004 to 2017, Shawn worked at Charter Communications as Senior Director. In 2017, they joined VERISIGN as the Senior Director of Network Operations Center and Service Management Operations.

Shawn Thomas attended Strayer University from 1997 to 1999, where they studied General Studies. In 2015, they obtained a certification in SIP training from The SIP School. Shawn also completed the course "RH066x: Fundamentals of Red Hat Enterprise Linux" through edX, though the exact month and year of completion are unknown.
