Ma Peng was born in Sichuan Province, China. They received a Bachelor's degree in Information Engineering and a Master's degree in Circuit and System from Southeast University in 2011 and 2014, respectively. From 2014 to 2017, Ma worked as an Analog/RFIC Design Engineer at Hisilicon, focusing on PLL, SAR ADC, and LDO design. Since 2017, they have held the position of Sr. Staff Engineer at 芯原, concentrating on RFPLL design.
